CURRENT VACANCIES:
We have an exciting new opportunity in our business for Wholesale Manager. Working in a tight knit, forward-thinking team, we are looking for someone who can drive and maximise growth, exceed targets and shape the wholesale strategy of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of your respective wholesale accounts and agents to grow sales and increase sell through performance and budgets
- End to end management of wholesale budgets and implementation of strategy with a view to exceeding them
- Compile product training and train seasonal staff for all collections
- Support in the execution of the sales campaign from international travel, showroom set up, staff management, scheduling of customer showroom appointments etc
- Responsible for the Sell during market to drive sales and actively manage customer orders to ensure that they meet deadlines, review all orders ensuring they are correctly processed and delivered
- Manage the trade in season to exceed expectations though implementing stock swaps, pop-ups, VM, incentives, store events, personal shopping services etc
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients (including stores) through constant communication to identify and develop proactive as well as reactive business plans. Help to resolve any client issues and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Undertake frequent visits to stores, proposing innovative solutions to meet their needs and maximise sales
- Act as a Brand Guardian, coaching and educating clients to ensure guidelines are implemented to maximise commercial gains and respect the brand
- Responsible for preparing weekly reports, including, but not limited to, analysis of sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes, managing, and controlling data analysis, stock levels, best sellers, KPI’s, collating all Sell Through’s and VM reports
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- An experienced wholesale salesperson ideally within fashion wholesale (other wholesale/distribution experience will also be considered) minimum experience 3 years
- Proven track record in growing sales – ideally internationally
- Strong commercial acumen is essential – competent and creative with Excel to present data analysis, reports and projections
- Ambitious and results-driven
- Entrepreneurial with the ability to capitalise on opportunities
- Good contacts in the industry
- Expertise in coordinating and planning sales campaigns
- Excellent communication skills able to work effectively cross-functionally understanding priorities and workload of other departments within the business.
- Proactive, analytical, organised and hands-on with attention to detail

THE ROLE
This position is a multifaceted role at the Kestin studio in which the successful candidate will be exposed to various aspects of the business whilst assisting the creative, production and distribution teams with a wide array of tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team during a dynamic period of growth and new product development. The role requires an energetic, highly organised and hard working individual who is eager to learn and further develop their industry skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the product development and design team with all aspects of the seasonal collection process from initial concept design through to assisting with tech packs/specs, attending fittings and helping with quality control
- Organisation and categorisation of garment prototypes/samples, fabrics and trims
- Ad Hoc administrative and organisational duties to support the production and design team
- Researching market trends
- Assisting with CAD’s and tech packs using Adobe Illustrator
SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe creative suite, primarily Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills - able to work effectively cross-functionally understanding priorities and workload of other departments within the businessm
- Proactive and hands-on with strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of the contemporary menswear market
