Driving the growth of ecommerce is an integral part of the Kestin strategy and vision for 2021 and beyond. As the Ecommerce Manager it is your responsibility to define, implement and lead the direct-to-consumer ecommerce and digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the business directors. You will be reporting directly into the Brand Director, and initially this will be a challenging, hands-on role with a view to recruiting a team below you as the Ecommerce arm grows. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small team building a strong brand into a powerful international business.

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of the website, drive sales through the website, and all duties related to Ecommerce channels. This is a critical role to the business and offers you a platform to challenge existing models, whilst highlighting opportunities to the business for growth and efficiency. This busy role will be responsible for delivery increasing online sales and upping conversion. A real mix strategic and operational, there is an expectation to be involved in all areas and to shape the Ecommerce strategy for the business.

  • Manage functionality of the transactional website, (Shopify).

  • Manage online orders through to fulfilment.

  • Monitoring daily on-site performance to meet and exceed conversion, revenue and margin targets. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve website performance and conversion rate to improve sales performance.

  • Manage stock levels for all products and categories.

  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales/KPI reports to company directors.

  • Utilising Google and Shopify analytics to ensure improved business performance. 

  • Ensure all available products are online and have up-to-date, accurate product information and imagery.

  • Take ownership of customer service, improving current systems and streamlining customer journey. Implement best in class CRM

  • Digital Marketing Strategy across all channels, email and social, to drive awareness

  • Work closely with creative team to execute the Email and Content channel plans in line with marketing calendar and brand positioning.

  • Implement market leading product launches online.

  • Manage shipping and improve methods and systems.




  • Demonstrable and significant experience in Ecommerce and digital marketing, fashion/lifestyle experience is preferable but not essential, but a passion and excitement for what we do is essential. (Shopify experience preferred)
  • Proven track record in trading and growing sales of an emerging brand demonstrating steady growth.
  • Expertise in coordinating and planning web content, email and social campaigns
  • Experienced in SEO, PPC and paid social 
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience in UX
  • Excellent communication skills able to work effectively cross-functionally understanding priorities and workload of other departments within the business.
  • Proactive and hands-on with strong attention to detail and keen ambition
  • Detailed analytical skills
