About The Role

We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Edinburgh flagship store. You’ll be a key member of the team, representing the KESTIN brand and helping us deliver a premium customer experience rooted in our unique identity and values. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, highly motivated, and passionate about quality menswear and Scottish design.

What You'll Do

● Deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming in-store environment

● Share the story behind our garments – from concept and fabric to function and heritage

● Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

● Support the team in meeting daily sales targets and store objectives

● Accurately process sales using POS/till systems

● Monitor stock levels and replenish product as needed

● Respond to customer enquiries with professionalism and brand knowledge

● Represent KESTIN as a true brand ambassador

What You'll Bring

● At least 2 years of retail experience, ideally within a premium or lifestyle brand

● A proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service

● A keen eye for detail, presentation, and product storytelling

● A sales-focused mindset with a collaborative, team-driven approach

● Self-motivation and a proactive attitude

● Confidence using till systems and basic retail tech

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work weekends and during the festive season
