In the run up to Christmas, we are extending our exchange period. For anything purchased in the months of November and December, you have until the 11th January 2021 to return your items for an exchange or credit note (subject to product availability)
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your KESTIN purchase, however if you change your mind our returns policy offers a full refund or exchange of goods. You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are unworn and in original condition with all labels attached. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item.
Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please enclose the completed returns form along with your goods, if the form was not enclosed it may take longer to process the return or result in the return being rejected.
Ensure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. We recommend all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. Please note - the above information relates only to returns on goods purchased through the Kestin.co website, not at any of our physical retail stores.
HOW TO RETURN
UK RETURNS BY POST
For any online returns in the UK, we advise Royal Mail or DPD returns service is used to ensure all returning goods reach us quickly and safely. Collect + is anther option, but please remember to select recorded and signed for option. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that returns are delivered and signed for by a member of the Kestin team.
Please make sure you fill out and enclose our return form inside the return parcel. Please use all original product packaging and ensure any goods are safely packed when sending the products back to us. We do not cover the postage & packaging costs for returning goods within the UK.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS BY POST
For any online returns outside of the UK, we advise that all goods are sent to us via a trackable postage service, as we are not liable for any loss or damage to the products while in transit.
Please ensure you fill out and enclose our return form inside the return parcel. For a smooth and efficient refund process, please use all original product packaging and ensure any goods are safely packed when sending the products back to us. We do not cover the postage & packaging costs for returning goods from outside of the UK.
For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the UK. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.
IN STORE RETURNS
For items purchased in-store, we offer a 14-day return policy for a refund or exchange for any unworn items still in original packaging with labels attached. Please see in store or email us firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
