MEN’S KNITWEAR

Our men’s knitwear collection is designed to be understated and classic, offering everyday silhouettes such as cardigans, crew necks and polos, and accessories such as scarves, bandanas and beanies.

We also lean into the traditional, with our Fife Gansey Knit being a custom pattern, made for us based on a vintage fisherman’s sweater, alongside our true-to-style Brushed Shetland Crewneck.

OUR KNITWEAR FABRICS

Most of our sweaters, beanies and scarves are made from 100% Lambswool, which is often brushed to provide slightly more volume and texture, and a softer feel on the body. Other fabrics include Merino and ultra-fine wool.

WHERE OUR KNITWEAR IS MADE

We’re immensely proud of our focus on supporting Scotland’s manufacturing heritage, with well over 90% of our knitwear collection being made in Scotland.

Our sweaters are made in Dumfries and Galloway, our gloves, beanies and scarves are made in Ayrshire and the Boarders, and our socks are made in Moray, on the north coast.

We also make very select styles in China, using a specialist knitwear manufacturer for more intricate designs.

HOW DOES KESTIN KNITWEAR FIT?

All of our knitted accessories are one-size-fits-all, and our sweaters, such as our best-selling Shetland Crew and Lewis Polo, generally fit regular, providing room to layer over a tee or a lightweight shirt, or you can easily size up for a relaxed fit.

The Fife Gansey is designed to be more relaxed.
