RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the run up to Christmas, we are extending our exchange period. For anything purchased in the months of November and December, you have until the 11th January 2021 to return your items for an exchange or credit note (subject to product availability)
Yes. You can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Please see our Returns Page for full details.
We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your returned item. The refund will normally take 3-5 business days to be credited to your account.
Yes. Please fill out the Returns/Exchanges form you receive within your package and then return you order using the shipping label included.
