Each Kestin garment is designed to be a staple within your wardrobe, so wear and tear is inevitable after a certain amount of time. From colour to fabric, we know our clothing inside and out, so we are best suited to get your repair done right in order to give you more longevity out of your garment.
How To Request Repair
If you have a Kestin item which you would like to get repaired, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
• SUBJECT OF EMAIL - Repairs + customer name
• The name of the item
• A description of the issue and the desired outcome
• A photo of the back of neck label
• 2 clear photos of the damaged area
Once we receive your repair request, we will respond with details on the proposed repair, cost, and turnaround time. Once agreed, we will arrange for you to send us the garment and will commence the repair. We will aim to respond to your enquiry within 5 working days. Your repair turnaround time will depend on the individual garment.
Please note, this service should not be used for simple repairs which can be carried out at home such as replacing a button.
*We reserve the right to not accept any applications for repairs. Please do not ship in product to the studio before emailing to check it will be accepted. The cost will be incurred by the customer, unless the product is deemed faulty.
