For AW19 Kestin Hare released two limited edition pieces in a special collaboration with renowned Scottish mountaineering manufacturer Black’s of Greenock, bringing back to life a part of mountaineering history. Famous for supplying the world’s leading explorers with equipment, Black’s of Greenock outerwear hasn’t been in production for over 40 years. AW19 saw the launch of the Nevis Smock, resurrecting the heritage of the pattern, styling and choice of fabric. Made from Ventile, one of the worlds finest performance fabrics, the smock is waterproof, windproof and highly breathable. Based on the style of an original Black’s of Greenock 70s smock, the Nevis Smock comes in military green and Morton blue, with an oversized fit for maneuverability and features large patch pockets and drawstring ties.
