THE SHUCKLE BROTHERS

An ongoing side project at KESTIN, we create aprons for businesses across Scotland, the most recent being our friends, Glasgow-based seafood specialists, The Shuckle Brothers.

We spent a day in the life with Cameron and Dale, beginning with a coffee, followed by a visit to their local fish supplier to source produce before prepping for one of the many events they cater for. Their slogan, 'Oyster + Music', is a pretty good way to sum up what they do. Make quality food, and serve it at quality events.
